“Himalayan trekking with a fixed guide ratio and no offloading surcharge”
Started by two IMF-qualified leaders who were tired of watching groups of thirty share one guide. Ratios are written into the price and are not negotiable downward.
Manaslu in the right season is something else, and the team knew exactly where to camp. Recommended.
Manaslu in the right season is something else, and the team knew exactly where to camp. Rooms were comfortable and the locations meant we could walk most evenings. Never went hungry, and the tea appeared exactly when it was needed. Would send friends their way.
Well organised from the pickup onwards. The daily distances were honest about what they'd be. No hesitation recommending them.
The route is beautiful and the pacing was sensible — nobody was rushed on the climb. Accommodation was a notch better than the price suggested. Crew were professional without being stiff about it. Would send friends their way.
The route is beautiful and the pacing was sensible — nobody was rushed on the climb. No complaints about any of the hotels — all of them well placed. Plenty to eat and they were happy to work around a gluten allergy. Would send friends their way.
Second trek with this operator and they've kept the standard up. Would book with them again.
The trek itself is good but the group was too large for the trail on the summit day.
Appreciate the honest feedback; we're looking at the pacing on that section.
Manaslu in the right season is something else, and the team knew exactly where to camp. Solid operator.
No. It is a restricted area: a licensed guide is mandatory, and the permit requires a minimum of two trekkers. Solo permits are not issued at all.
