Shoes off on the terraces, which is enforced — the calcite marks and does not recover. Hierapolis on top of them was a Roman spa town.

“Island and coast holidays, unhurried”
Too much time on the coach and not enough at the places we'd come for. Whoever planned the days knew what they were doing.
Thank you for travelling with us — glad the route worked out.
Everything was arranged properly — transfers, entries, all of it. Hostel nights are basic but clean, and that's what the price says. Meals were good throughout and the vegetarian options weren't an afterthought. Worth every rupee.
Aegean Turkey done well. The itinerary had room to breathe. Worth every rupee.
Well paced over 7 days with enough free time to not feel herded. Hostel nights are basic but clean, and that's what the price says. The cooking was a genuine surprise — better than most places we'd have picked ourselves. No hesitation recommending them.
Hotels were a step below what I expected for the price. The lead was calm and knew when to slow the group down.
Thank you. We've taken the point about the transfer and are reviewing it.
Everything was arranged properly — transfers, entries, all of it. Would send friends their way.
Aegean Turkey done well. The itinerary had room to breathe. Dorms were tidy and the common areas were where the group actually gelled.
Everything was arranged properly — transfers, entries, all of it. Hostel nights are basic but clean, and that's what the price says. Never went hungry, and the tea appeared exactly when it was needed. Recommended.
Only in the designated shallow channel, barefoot, and the rest is roped off. The terraces were badly damaged in the eighties by hotels drawing off the thermal water and by people walking on them in shoes; the restrictions are what has let the white grow back.
