Markets, lanes and places of worship are where people live and pray. Ask before photographing anyone and cover up where others do.

London done well. The itinerary had room to breathe. Every night's lodge was a step up from what I'd braced for. Food was plentiful and hot, which counts for a lot at altitude. Would book with them again.
