Pace was set for the fastest people in the group and it made the middle days hard. Crew were professional without being stiff about it.

Gilgit-Baltistan in the right season is something else, and the team knew exactly where to camp. The campsites were well chosen — sheltered, and close enough to water. Meals were good throughout and the vegetarian options weren't an afterthought. No hesitation recommending them.

Did this over 9 days and it was the best walking I've done in years.

The route is beautiful and the pacing was sensible — nobody was rushed on the climb. The campsites were well chosen — sheltered, and close enough to water. Guides answered every question, including the daft ones. Would book with them again.

Appreciate the honest feedback; we're looking at the pacing on that section.

The trek itself is good but the group was too large for the trail on the summit day. Whoever planned the days knew what they were doing.

Well organised from the pickup onwards. The daily distances were honest about what they'd be. Sleeping under canvas at that height is cold work and the kit was up to it. The team read the group well and adjusted without making a thing of it. Worth every rupee.
