8 days, planned by Cypress & Stone
Eight days in Czechia rather than through it — Prague, a sandstone arch on the German border, and the Vltava in the south.

The Old Jewish Cemetery has around twelve thousand stones and perhaps a hundred thousand burials — the community was confined and buried in layers.

The gorge is walked partly by flat-bottomed punt, poled by a boatman who tells the same jokes he told your parents.

Twenty-six metres across and you cannot walk on it — the arch was closed to feet in 1982 because the sandstone was wearing.

“Walking in Europe with the timed tickets booked at release”
A walking operator whose main skill is administrative: Alhambra slots, Sagrada tickets and hut beds, booked the day they open.
Everything was arranged properly — transfers, entries, all of it. The team read the group well and adjusted without making a thing of it.
Thanks for writing this up. We've passed your note to the team.
Good mix of the obvious things and a few places we'd never have found. The teahouses were warm and the beds were fine after eight hours walking. Would book with them again.
Well paced over 8 days with enough free time to not feel herded. Solid operator.
Good mix of the obvious things and a few places we'd never have found. Never went hungry, and the tea appeared exactly when it was needed. Would book with them again.
Too much time on the coach and not enough at the places we'd come for.
Thank you. We've taken the point about the transfer and are reviewing it.
Well paced over 8 days with enough free time to not feel herded. Plenty to eat and they were happy to work around a gluten allergy. Good value for what's included.
Thank you for travelling with us — glad the route worked out.
Everything was arranged properly — transfers, entries, all of it. Food was plentiful and hot, which counts for a lot at altitude. Would send friends their way.

That one crosses four countries and gives Prague two nights. This stays in Czechia for eight days and spends half of them outside the city — the sandstone country on the German border and the south. Different trip entirely.
One other operator runs this trip. See all 2 side by side →
