“Himalayan trekking with a fixed guide ratio and no offloading surcharge”
Started by two IMF-qualified leaders who were tired of watching groups of thirty share one guide. Ratios are written into the price and are not negotiable downward.
The route is beautiful and the pacing was sensible — nobody was rushed on the climb. Accommodation was a notch better than the price suggested. Crew were professional without being stiff about it. Solid operator.
Thanks for writing this up. We've passed your note to the team.
Second trek with this operator and they've kept the standard up.
Did this over 4 days and it was the best walking I've done in years. Accommodation was a notch better than the price suggested.
Pace was set for the fastest people in the group and it made the middle days hard.
Appreciate the honest feedback; we're looking at the pacing on that section.
Pace was set for the fastest people in the group and it made the middle days hard. Guides answered every question, including the daft ones.

Himachal Pradesh in the right season is something else, and the team knew exactly where to camp. Worth every rupee.
Well organised from the pickup onwards. The daily distances were honest about what they'd be. No complaints about any of the hotels — all of them well placed. Whoever planned the days knew what they were doing. Good value for what's included.
Do not touch the villagers, their houses or the temple; buy nothing without being invited to; photograph people only with permission. The village enforces these itself and fines are levied. It is their place, not a set.
