Three days on the Dhauladhar above McLeodganj. Three days going beyond Triund to the pass base, on batches capped at twelve with insulated tents.
The Dhauladhar rises straight out of the Kangra plain, so from the ridge you look at 4,000 m of wall on one side and the plains on the other.

Day 2
2 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 2 dinners across 3 days, at camp. It opens with lunch and dinner on day 1 and closes with breakfast and lunch on day 3.
7 meal services named in the itinerary. Vegetarian and vegan covered; Jain, gluten-free and allergies on notice at booking
Did this over 3 days and it was the best walking I've done in years. Lodges along the way were simple and comfortable enough after a long day. Plenty to eat and they were happy to work around a gluten allergy.
The route is beautiful and the pacing was sensible — nobody was rushed on the climb. The teahouses were warm and the beds were fine after eight hours walking. The lead was calm and knew when to slow the group down. Would send friends their way.
Well organised from the pickup onwards. The daily distances were honest about what they'd be. Rooms were basic in the best way — dry, warm, and right where we needed them. The team read the group well and adjusted without making a thing of it. Worth every rupee.

Pace was set for the fastest people in the group and it made the middle days hard. Whoever planned the days knew what they were doing.
Thank you. We've taken the point about the transfer and are reviewing it.

Thank you for travelling with us — glad the route worked out.
The trek itself is good but the group was too large for the trail on the summit day.
