BEFORE YOU GO · CAUTIONARY DETAILS
The weather decides, not the booking
A tandem flight goes when the wind at launch is right and not otherwise. Flights are cancelled or held for hours in good conditions elsewhere on the hill — build a spare day into the trip rather than a tight connection out of it.
Weight limits are equipment limits
A wing is certified for a range, and being outside it changes how it flies. This is a specification, not a judgement, and a pilot who waves it through is not doing you a favour.
At launch, you run
The single instruction that matters: when the pilot says go, keep running until your feet leave the ground and do not sit down. Sitting early collapses the wing's airflow at the worst possible moment.
Hands off the lines
Everything above you is doing something. Hold the harness straps you are shown and nothing else, and do not reach for a camera unless it is on a wrist strap.
Fly with a licensed pilot
Ask to see the pilot's licence and the wing's certification. In India this is checked by the state at the site; it is a reasonable thing to ask about and an unreasonable thing to be refused.

Long wait before our slot with nowhere to sit. The activity itself was fine. Whoever planned the days knew what they were doing.

Short, but the safety brief was thorough and the crew were completely unhurried. Hostel nights are basic but clean, and that's what the price says. Would send friends their way.

Short, but the safety brief was thorough and the crew were completely unhurried. Dorms were tidy and the common areas were where the group actually gelled. No hesitation recommending them.

Questions people ask

Yes on all three. Bungy runs roughly 45 to 100 kg; tandem paragliding has an upper limit around 90 kg depending on the wing and conditions; both screen for heart conditions, back and neck injuries and pregnancy. Anyone turned away on medical grounds is refunded that activity.
