Four days of water, rope and gorges out of Mumbai. Four days with certified canyoning instructors, a ratio of one to four on rope and all technical kit included.
The Kundalika runs on a dam release, so the rafting window is fixed to when Bhira lets water go — usually mid-morning, every day in season.

A hundred metres in two pitches down a waterfall in full monsoon flow. It is loud, it is cold and it is the reason people book this trip.

Two hours back to Mumbai on the expressway, and the ghats are green the whole way.

Maharashtra was quieter than I expected and the camp was comfortable. Recommended.
Maharashtra was quieter than I expected and the camp was comfortable. Accommodation was a notch better than the price suggested. Whoever planned the days knew what they were doing. No hesitation recommending them.
Early starts, but that's where the wildlife is. Well run. No complaints about any of the hotels — all of them well placed. The lead was calm and knew when to slow the group down. Worth every rupee.
Glad you enjoyed it. Hope to see you on another trip.
Early starts, but that's where the wildlife is. Well run. Food was plentiful and hot, which counts for a lot at altitude. No hesitation recommending them.
Excellent sightings and the guides clearly knew the area. Would book with them again.
Early starts, but that's where the wildlife is. Well run. Would send friends their way.
Maharashtra was quieter than I expected and the camp was comfortable. Rooms were comfortable and the locations meant we could walk most evenings. The cooking was a genuine surprise — better than most places we'd have picked ourselves. Solid operator.
Excellent sightings and the guides clearly knew the area. Hotels were clean and central, which saved a lot of time. Recommended.
