“Arctic and sub-Arctic, with the cold-weather kit provided”
A polar operator that issues the outer layers because the kit most visitors arrive with is not adequate, and pretending otherwise gets people hurt.
The trek itself is good but the group was too large for the trail on the summit day. The lead was calm and knew when to slow the group down.
Thanks for writing this up. We've passed your note to the team.
Well organised from the pickup onwards. The daily distances were honest about what they'd be. The teahouses were warm and the beds were fine after eight hours walking. The cooking was a genuine surprise — better than most places we'd have picked ourselves. No hesitation recommending them.
Thank you for travelling with us — glad the route worked out.
Did this over 6 days and it was the best walking I've done in years. Would send friends their way.
Faroe Islands in the right season is something else, and the team knew exactly where to camp. The cooking was a genuine surprise — better than most places we'd have picked ourselves. No hesitation recommending them.
The trek itself is good but the group was too large for the trail on the summit day. Whoever planned the days knew what they were doing.

Appreciate the honest feedback; we're looking at the pacing on that section.
Did this over 6 days and it was the best walking I've done in years. Every night's lodge was a step up from what I'd braced for. The cooking was a genuine surprise — better than most places we'd have picked ourselves. Recommended.
Glad you enjoyed it. Hope to see you on another trip.

Almost every famous view here is on private farmland. After visitor numbers rose, landowners began charging — typically 200 to 300 Danish krone per person per site. It is legal, it is enforced, and it is included here.
