7 days, planned by Meridian Overland
Zion Canyon runs its own shuttle from March to November; private cars cannot enter the scenic drive at all in that window.

Angels Landing needs a permit won in a lottery, and the final half-kilometre is a chained ridge with drops on both sides. People have died on it.

Bryce is not a canyon — it is an eroding escarpment, and the hoodoos are what is left as it goes. It sits at 2,400 m and is much colder than Zion.

Antelope Canyon is on Navajo Nation land and can only be entered with a Navajo guide. Eleven people drowned in it in a 1997 flash flood.

The self-drive loop covers a fraction of the valley. The backcountry is closed except with a Navajo guide, and it is where the arches and the petroglyphs are.

Going below the rim is the difference between seeing the canyon and being in it. Cedar Ridge is far enough — everything below it is a serious undertaking.

Utah & Arizona in the right season is something else, and the team knew exactly where to camp. Accommodation was a notch better than the price suggested. Solid operator.
Utah & Arizona in the right season is something else, and the team knew exactly where to camp. Hotels were clean and central, which saved a lot of time. Whoever planned the days knew what they were doing. Solid operator.
Well organised from the pickup onwards. The daily distances were honest about what they'd be. No complaints about any of the hotels — all of them well placed. Meals were good throughout and the vegetarian options weren't an afterthought.
The route is beautiful and the pacing was sensible — nobody was rushed on the climb. The team read the group well and adjusted without making a thing of it.
Well organised from the pickup onwards. The daily distances were honest about what they'd be. Plenty to eat and they were happy to work around a gluten allergy. Worth every rupee.

Utah & Arizona in the right season is something else, and the team knew exactly where to camp. Simple food, well made, and enough of it. Solid operator.

Glad you enjoyed it. Hope to see you on another trip.
It is a genuine lottery with roughly a one-in-four success rate in season. If it fails, the day switches to Observation Point via East Mesa, which is higher, longer and looks down on Angels Landing. That is a good substitute, not a consolation.
