People genuinely applaud the sunset at Arpoador. The safety briefing is also genuine — Rio needs specific habits, not vague caution.

“Andes and Central America, altitude planned properly”
Every itinerary is built around where you sleep rather than where you go, because in the Andes that is the only decision that matters.
Rio de Janeiro done well. The itinerary had room to breathe. Accommodation was a notch better than the price suggested. Whoever planned the days knew what they were doing. Would book with them again.

Good mix of the obvious things and a few places we'd never have found. Rooms were comfortable and the locations meant we could walk most evenings. The lead was calm and knew when to slow the group down. Solid operator.

Well paced over 6 days with enough free time to not feel herded. Recommended.

Thanks for writing this up. We've passed your note to the team.
Everything was arranged properly — transfers, entries, all of it. Hotels were clean and central, which saved a lot of time. The cooking was a genuine surprise — better than most places we'd have picked ourselves. Solid operator.
It needs specific habits rather than general worry: no phone out on the street, nothing in your hands on the beach, apps rather than hailed taxis, and do not walk between neighbourhoods after dark. Inside those rules the south zone is straightforward. The briefing on day one is specific about which streets.
