4 breakfasts, 4 lunches and 4 dinners across 5 days, at camp. It opens with lunch and dinner on day 1 and closes with breakfast on day 5.
12 meal services named in the itinerary. Vegetarian and vegan covered; Jain, gluten-free and allergies on notice at booking
“Himalayan trekking with a fixed guide ratio and no offloading surcharge”
Started by two IMF-qualified leaders who were tired of watching groups of thirty share one guide. Ratios are written into the price and are not negotiable downward.
Well organised from the pickup onwards. The daily distances were honest about what they'd be. Plenty to eat and they were happy to work around a gluten allergy. Good value for what's included.
The route is beautiful and the pacing was sensible — nobody was rushed on the climb. Hotels were clean and central, which saved a lot of time. The cooking was a genuine surprise — better than most places we'd have picked ourselves. No hesitation recommending them.
Did this over 5 days and it was the best walking I've done in years. Never went hungry, and the tea appeared exactly when it was needed. Recommended.
Appreciate the honest feedback; we're looking at the pacing on that section.
The route is beautiful and the pacing was sensible — nobody was rushed on the climb. The team read the group well and adjusted without making a thing of it. No hesitation recommending them.
Himachal Pradesh in the right season is something else, and the team knew exactly where to camp. Hotels were clean and central, which saved a lot of time. Good value for what's included.
The route is beautiful and the pacing was sensible — nobody was rushed on the climb. Rooms were comfortable and the locations meant we could walk most evenings. Food was plentiful and hot, which counts for a lot at altitude. Would send friends their way.

Pace was set for the fastest people in the group and it made the middle days hard. Whoever planned the days knew what they were doing.
Thank you. We've taken the point about the transfer and are reviewing it.
The Lahaul side sits in the rain shadow, so July and August — washed out everywhere else in the Himalaya — are the main season here. The Kullu side does get wet on the first two days.
