Two practices a day, a dosha consultation and a silent night. Seven days in a private ashram room with a registered teacher, groups capped at twelve and the Ayurvedic consultation included.
The intake consultation sets your practice for the week — this is a graded course, not a drop-in class.

Uttarakhand done well. The itinerary had room to breathe. The team read the group well and adjusted without making a thing of it. Would book with them again.
Well paced over 7 days with enough free time to not feel herded. Worth every rupee.
Uttarakhand done well. The itinerary had room to breathe. No hesitation recommending them.
