Seven days of treatment set by a physician, not a menu. A four-day version with a consultation and a shorter treatment course, for people who cannot give a week to it.
A registered physician sets the programme after a pulse and dosha assessment. Everything that follows is prescribed, including what you eat.

Purvakarma is the preparation phase — oil and heat, over several days, before anything else. It is slow on purpose.

The canals behind the lake are narrow, shaded and quiet, and a kayak goes where the houseboats cannot.

Rest is prescribed as much as the oil is. Ayurvedic treatment that comes with a packed sightseeing schedule is a spa week with a different name.

Shirodhara is a continuous stream of warm oil on the forehead for about forty minutes. What you get is what the physician prescribed, not what you picked from a menu.

Day 6
6 breakfasts, 4 lunches and 6 dinners across 7 days, at camp. It opens with dinner on day 1 and closes with breakfast on day 7.
16 meal services named in the itinerary. Vegetarian and vegan covered; Jain, gluten-free and allergies on notice at booking
Everything was arranged properly — transfers, entries, all of it. Hostel nights are basic but clean, and that's what the price says. Food was plentiful and hot, which counts for a lot at altitude. Worth every rupee.
Kerala done well. The itinerary had room to breathe. No hesitation recommending them.
Everything was arranged properly — transfers, entries, all of it. Dorms were tidy and the common areas were where the group actually gelled. Meals were good throughout and the vegetarian options weren't an afterthought. Good value for what's included.
Too much time on the coach and not enough at the places we'd come for. Guides answered every question, including the daft ones.
Thanks for writing this up. We've passed your note to the team.

Good mix of the obvious things and a few places we'd never have found. No hesitation recommending them.
Glad you enjoyed it. Hope to see you on another trip.

Well paced over 7 days with enough free time to not feel herded. Would book with them again.
