A boat-only delta, from Kolkata. Three days on a private boat with a naturalist as well as the forest guide, and a lodge on the Sajnekhali side.
The boat is the vehicle from here — there are no roads inside the reserve at all.

Days 1, 2
2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners across 3 days, at the lodges you sleep in. It opens with lunch and dinner on day 1 and closes with breakfast on day 3.
6 meal services named in the itinerary. Vegetarian and vegan covered; Jain, gluten-free and allergies on notice at booking
Sightings were thin on our dates, which is luck, but the drives felt rushed. Guides answered every question, including the daft ones.
Appreciate the honest feedback; we're looking at the pacing on that section.
West Bengal was quieter than I expected and the camp was comfortable. Rooms were comfortable and the locations meant we could walk most evenings. Recommended.
West Bengal was quieter than I expected and the camp was comfortable. Solid operator.
Excellent sightings and the guides clearly knew the area. Crew were professional without being stiff about it. Would book with them again.
Early starts, but that's where the wildlife is. Well run. Accommodation was a notch better than the price suggested. Meals were good throughout and the vegetarian options weren't an afterthought. No hesitation recommending them.
Glad you enjoyed it. Hope to see you on another trip.
