“The same Himalayan routes in dorm tents and shared transport”
The budget half of the same market. Dorm tents, shared jeeps and no porters unless you hire one — and the same leaders on the hill.
Pace was set for the fastest people in the group and it made the middle days hard.
Thank you. We've taken the point about the transfer and are reviewing it.
Pace was set for the fastest people in the group and it made the middle days hard. Crew were professional without being stiff about it.
Appreciate the honest feedback; we're looking at the pacing on that section.
The trek itself is good but the group was too large for the trail on the summit day. Whoever planned the days knew what they were doing.
Glad you enjoyed it. Hope to see you on another trip.
Second trek with this operator and they've kept the standard up. Good value for what's included.
Did this over 6 days and it was the best walking I've done in years. Would send friends their way.
Thank you for travelling with us — glad the route worked out.
Second trek with this operator and they've kept the standard up. Sleeping under canvas at that height is cold work and the kit was up to it. Good value for what's included.
Long transfer at both ends that isn't obvious from the listing. Budget a day either side. The team read the group well and adjusted without making a thing of it.
Thank you. We've taken the point about the transfer and are reviewing it.
The route is beautiful and the pacing was sensible — nobody was rushed on the climb. Good value for what's included.
It is one of the best. Moderate gradients, a maximum of 4,264 m reached only briefly, and the ropeway takes the hardest climbing out of day two.
