Tallinn Camp

7 days, planned by Old Mule Routes
Seven days in Estonia rather than a night of it — a medieval old town, a bog boardwalk, and an island with its own dialect.

“Self-guided European walking with route notes and luggage transfer”
Route notes, GPX and a van that moves your bag. No leader on the hill, which suits some people and not others.
Did this over 7 days and it was the best walking I've done in years. Tents were warmer than expected and the camp was set up before we arrived. Whoever planned the days knew what they were doing. No hesitation recommending them.
Well organised from the pickup onwards. The daily distances were honest about what they'd be. Camp was pitched and the kitchen going by the time we walked in each evening. Whoever planned the days knew what they were doing.

Second trek with this operator and they've kept the standard up. The campsites were well chosen — sheltered, and close enough to water. The cooking was a genuine surprise — better than most places we'd have picked ourselves.
Estonia in the right season is something else, and the team knew exactly where to camp. The campsites were well chosen — sheltered, and close enough to water. The cooking was a genuine surprise — better than most places we'd have picked ourselves. Recommended.
Thank you. We've taken the point about the transfer and are reviewing it.
Second trek with this operator and they've kept the standard up. The lead was calm and knew when to slow the group down.

It is a small country and this is a slow trip — that is the point. The Baltic capitals tour gives Tallinn a night and a half. If you want three countries in a week, take that one; this one goes to the bog and the island instead.
