“Long-haul group trips for people with two weeks and no plan”
Everything was arranged properly — transfers, entries, all of it. Hostel nights are basic but clean, and that's what the price says. Solid operator.
Thank you. We've taken the point about the transfer and are reviewing it.
Good mix of the obvious things and a few places we'd never have found. Recommended.
Kanto & Kansai done well. The itinerary had room to breathe. Hostel nights are basic but clean, and that's what the price says. Never went hungry, and the tea appeared exactly when it was needed. Solid operator.
Too much time on the coach and not enough at the places we'd come for. Crew were professional without being stiff about it.
Appreciate the honest feedback; we're looking at the pacing on that section.
Everything was arranged properly — transfers, entries, all of it. Dorms were tidy and the common areas were where the group actually gelled.

Well paced over 7 days with enough free time to not feel herded. Nothing fancy about the beds, and nothing wrong with them either. Recommended.
On this route, no. One Tokyo–Kyoto shinkansen leg plus local trains comes to well under the seven-day pass price. It only pays off if you are doubling back or going further than Osaka.
