Copenhagen Hostel
Hostel, homestay or tent, shared
6 days, planned by Borealis Field Co.
More than half of Copenhagen commutes by bicycle and the infrastructure assumes it. The bike is issued on day one for that reason.

The harbour was industrial and filthy until the 1990s and is now clean enough for public swimming baths in the middle of the city.

Five Viking ships were sunk deliberately to block the fjord in about 1070 and raised in 1962. The museum builds working reconstructions beside them.

“The far north on a smaller budget and a shorter itinerary”
Shorter northern trips from a single base, for people who want the Arctic without the expedition price.
Well paced over 6 days with enough free time to not feel herded. Hostel nights are basic but clean, and that's what the price says. Simple food, well made, and enough of it. No hesitation recommending them.
Copenhagen & Zealand done well. The itinerary had room to breathe. Recommended.
Hotels were a step below what I expected for the price. Guides answered every question, including the daft ones.
Glad you enjoyed it. Hope to see you on another trip.
Sweden reintroduced identity checks on the Oresund crossing, so carry your passport even though both countries are in Schengen. It is checked more often than not.
