BEFORE YOU GO · CAUTIONARY DETAILS
Distances are short, the standing is long
Two or three hours mostly on your feet on hard ground. Comfortable shoes matter more than fitness.
The route is public space
Markets, lanes and places of worship are where people live and pray. Ask before photographing anyone and cover up where others do.
Cash for the small things
Tea, a fritter, an entry ticket. Card acceptance in old quarters is patchy at best.
Ask what the group size will be
A walking tour of six and one of thirty are different products at the same price. It is a fair question.

Well paced over 6 days with enough free time to not feel herded. No complaints about any of the hotels — all of them well placed. Would send friends their way.

Buenos Aires & Iguazu done well. The itinerary had room to breathe. Good value for what's included.

Hotels were a step below what I expected for the price. The lead was calm and knew when to slow the group down.

Good mix of the obvious things and a few places we'd never have found. Accommodation was a notch better than the price suggested. The cooking was a genuine surprise — better than most places we'd have picked ourselves. Worth every rupee.

Appreciate the honest feedback; we're looking at the pacing on that section.

Questions people ask

Indian passport holders do need a Brazil visa, and it must be arranged before you travel — there is no visa on arrival at the Iguazu land border. Without it you see the Argentine side only, which is why the budget operator makes that day optional.
